VEGAN SORBET
Ingredients:
2 medium frozen ripe bananas
1 cup of frozen or fresh berries of your choice
2-3 medjool dates for sweetness
Splash of rice milk or coconut milk (go light on this and add more if needed)
Blend in the food processor or you can blend this in a Vitamix (or other strong blender)
And voila! You have a homemade healthy delicious sorbet!
