VEGAN SORBET

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium frozen ripe bananas

  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh berries of your choice

  • 2-3 medjool dates for sweetness

  • Splash of rice milk or coconut milk (go light on this and add more if needed)

Blend in the food processor or you can blend this in a Vitamix (or other strong blender)

And voila!  You have a homemade healthy delicious sorbet!
